Alumni

Alumni are the brand ambassadors of an institution, personifying its ethos. Their experience, learning and contributions to the society bring prestige to their alma mater. After years of hibernation, the Kalindi College Alumni Association was revived in 2009 and is registered in 2022. The main purpose behind its evolution is to build a bridge betwixt alumni and the students and to enhance alumni engagement, create an ambience of a community belongingness and persuade alumni to deepen institutional ties. Alumni would coalesce college life and career building together so that the fresh graduates are given encouragement to be proactive to face the current challenges in the competitive corporate. With this idea in mind, Kalindi College alumni committee encourages its brand ambassadors to hold various interactive sessions on multiple themes ranging from career counselling to the protection of child rights in contemporary India. Through this, the college and the alumni will be able to engage in a mutually beneficial and meaningful long term communication. The Association also facilitates alumni to communicate and collaborate with each other to create awareness among students about the scope of their subject in the professional world and also to promote cultural and social welfare activities among the members so as to develop a sense of tradition and heritage. It invites various eminent personalities to share their experiences and learning from their professional career. It is imperative to keep in touch with the alumni in order to be aware of their progress. Alumni meet is organized once in two years by the college to strengthen its alumni network.

Around 2000 alumni are registered in alumni association. The awareness about alumni association is disseminated through Fresher’s orientation programme, face book, telegram, WhatsApp and other social media platforms.
